Ongoing Consulting Services
In many organizations, the initial implementation is only the beginning. Once other departments within the organization see the increased efficiency and morale of those utilizing the DocumentLOKTM system, they want to experience the same productivity, compliance, and customer service gains as well.
When this occurs, organizations have the option of extending their implementation into the additional departments themselves, or engaging our Professional Services Group to help. Because the wants and needs of the additional department(s) may be quite different from those in the initial implementation, we recommend utilizing our Professional Services Group, as additional workflow analysis, system integration, or software customization may be needed in order to accomplish the goals of the additional department(s). Once the new departments are rolled out, our Professional Services Group is also available to train the new users if the organization so desires.
